Description

Souvenir sheet in the form of a record player with a printed record that actually plays the Swiss national anthem. In the centre, a 5-franc stamp is affixed.

The sheet is printed on cardboard; only the stamp itself is gummed.

Swiss Post did not issue a first day cover of the complete souvenir sheet. The official FDC was produced only with the cut-out stamp from the sheet. Consequently, first day covers of the entire sheet are very rare. It is believed that no more than 100 such covers exist.

Block in Form eines Plattenspielers mit aufgedruckter Schallplatte, die tatsächlich die Schweizer Nationalhymne abspielt. In der Mitte ein 5-Franken-Wert.

Der Block ist auf Karton gedruckt; nur die Marke ist gummiert.

Von der Schweizer Post wurde kein FDC des gesamten Blocks ausgegeben – der amtliche Ersttagsbrief enthält nur die herausgetrennte Marke. FDCs des kompletten Blocks sind daher äusserst selten. Es wird angenommen, dass höchstens 100 Stück existieren.
